On 31 December, ROMEO Napoli invites guests to celebrate the arrival of the New Year with a dinner by Alain Ducasse and Executive Chef Alessandro Lucassino.
A menu celebrating the Mediterranean and its finest ingredients, from oyster with Champagne and Kristal caviar to purple prawn from Ischia, followed by blue lobster ravioli and locally caught John Dory. The culinary journey concludes with a refined chocolate creation from Manufacture Alain Ducasse in Paris.
