Registration
Check-in: from 2 pm
Check-out: by 12 pm
Upon request, it is possible to check in and out outside the indicated times.
The access to guest rooms floors is only permitted after registration at the Reception.
Safety
In order to ensure the safety of both customers and hotel staff, the use of candles, flammable materials and electrical equipment of any kind (including electric irons) – except for electric shavers, battery chargers and personal computers, provided that such devices are put under tension in the presence of the guest – is not allowed inside the guest rooms.
Inside the guest rooms and the communal areas of ROMEO Napoli, it is not allowed to prepare meals, neither to bring food or beverages from outside, for whose origin and sanitary integrity the management assumes no responsibility.
Pool
The outdoor pool located on the 9th floor is open from 8.30 am to 5 pm. The use of the pool outside the opening times is not allowed, and in any case it is permitted only with the presence of the hotel staff.
Children under 16 years can enjoy the pool only if accompanied.

Smokers
In compliance with the Italian Law, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the guest rooms and in the communal areas of the hotel. The property is provided with areas dedicated to smokers, such as the Cigar Room located in the lobby, the outdoor area adjacent to the hotel entrance and on the 9th and 10th floor, as long as there are no other guests using these areas.
Minors
The Management of the ROMEO Napoli has established a self-regulation policy for minors. In particular, the use of the rooms by children under 18 years is not allowed, unless they are accompanied by parents or authorized guardians. The Management prohibits the access to all facilities to children in case the above conditions are not respected, unless specific and formal permission from the parents or guardians of the children is provided.
Pets
We are happy to welcome dogs and cats up to 5 kilograms accompanying their owners/guardians.
In order to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests of ROMEO Napoli, it is indispensable that pet’s owners respect and enforce their accompanying partners some important guidelines. In particular, the access to SPA, restaurants and bars of the ROMEO Napoli is interdicted to pets at all times.
Conduct
In order to ensure the privacy of our customers, and as required by Italian laws, we kindly invite our customers to access all communal areas of the hotel always adequately dressed.
It is required to respect the dress code to access the restaurants for dinner, avoiding shorts, men’s sleeveless shirts, t-shirts and flip flops.
Finally, it is necessary to moderate the emission of sounds or noises in the rooms, in the corridors and stairs, especially from 11 pm to 8 am.
Damages
In case of damages to the hotel or to the objects within the hotel, guests will be charged an amount for the corresponding value.
Guests relieve the Management of any civil or criminal liability arising from an improper use of the hotel’s premises and equipment.
Complimentary stay and supplements
ROMEO Napoli hosts children up to 12 years free of charge; from 13 years, children are assimilated to adults for what is related to the rates.
Parents and guardians are requested to communicate, at the time of booking, the presence of a minor, notwithstanding the age of the child, in order to avoid any possible misunderstanding.
The ROMEO Napoli offers guests the option of an additional bed in some types of suites, with a daily supplement of € 50.00, including breakfast and a baby cot (up to 2 years old) in some types of rooms and suites, without supplement.
