The Chef:Iacopo Iualè
FROM TUSCANY TO THE MICHELIN STARS: THE JOURNEY OF IACOPO IUALÈ THROUGH PASSION AND HAUTE CUISINE.
Originally from Cecina and born in 1991, Iacopo Iualè began his training at ALMA in Parma, the prestigious culinary school founded by Gualtiero Marchesi, where he honed his technique and gastronomic sensitivity. In 2019, he entered the world of Alain Ducasse, working at the three-Michelin-starred Le Louis XV in Monaco, and from 2022 continued at the two-Michelin-starred Le Meurice in Paris with Chef Amaury Bouhours.
Today, he is the Executive Chef of Il Ristorante Alain Ducasse Roma, located within the five-star luxury hotel ROMEO Roma. Alain Ducasse chose him as a key figure to lead the Roman brigade, recognizing his talent, international vision, and unwavering dedication to haute cuisine. A prestigious role that crowns a journey built on passion, discipline, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
