With the arrival of the warmer season, Il Ristorante Alain Ducasse Roma extends its gastronomic experience outdoors, in the heart of ROMEO Roma. Il Cortile, the nearly 1,000-square-metre internal garden created within the 16th-century Palazzo Capponi, becomes the natural setting in which to experience Alain Ducasse’s cuisine in a new dimension: poolside, surrounded by centuries-old trees and overlooking the archaeological excavations below. A space that brings together the millennia-old history of Rome and the contemporary vision of the ROMEO Collection, where the philosophy of Cuisine de la Naturalité is expressed in all its lightness, in perfect harmony with the season.
